ABOUT MY PROGRAMS

I’m not interested in helping women achieve their “best bikini body in 10 days!” Ugh, no thanks. I believe that embodying a healthy and fit lifestyle is so much more than looking good in a swimsuit. Achieving fitness and weight loss goals involves life changes and making exercise not only a habit, but also something that you can’t picture your life without. This is why I offer four-week programs instead of sessions (which you can dodge and procrastinate whenever you feel like not working out). I want women who are committed to making real changes that will show results. And real, long-lasting change is only possible through consistency.

This program is the total package! You’ll receive healthy eating counselling in addition to a tailored personal training program for your healthiest, fittest body ever.
